Massage treatments
A massage releases tension throughout the body and provides a pleasant, relaxing experience. Massage has both a rehabilitative and a preventive effect. It can be used as a form of treatment in many different contexts, and the positive physical and mental effects are many.

Treatment
Classic massage
A classic massage makes tense muscles soft and elastic and has a relaxing effect on the body. It increases blood circulation in the muscles and lymphatic circulation. The immune system is strengthened and it encourages deeper, calmer breathing, which has a positive effect on the body's internal organs.
The massage improves body awareness and counteracts scar tissue after injuries to muscle tissue and other soft tissues. It has a good effect on muscle soreness and strained muscles in sports contexts and counteracts tension in painful conditions.
Massage counteracts stress and has a calming effect on the nervous system. This leads to improved concentration and increases the body's general well-being.
Treatment
Trigger point treatment
A trigger point is defined as a localised muscle spasm or an extremely tender point in a tense muscle fibre band. The trigger point often causes local pain, but pain can also arise in another part of the body. The aim is to deactivate the trigger point and to make the tense muscle relax through pressure and touch until the pain disappears and the blood flow to the muscle increases. Trigger points in the neck and shoulders often cause headaches, dizziness and jaw joint pain.

Welcome to book your treatment!
As a massage therapist I work with the body's soft tissues, such as skin, connective tissue and muscles. This area requires in-depth knowledge of, among other things, muscle stretching. I work both preventively and to promote well-being, preventing muscle tension that could cause injuries and problems later on. I treat specific injuries and problems in the musculoskeletal system and have good knowledge of pathology, injury science, physiology and muscle function diagnostics.
I also sell gift certificates.
